
Unknown entity moved the ‘spawned’ 10-year 412 BTC
An address that has been inactive since October 2012 moved 412.12 BTC worth about $9.6 million.

At the time of consolidation more than ten years ago they were valued at ~$5,207. If sold, this tranche of bitcoins would have yielded ~184,000%.
The movement of long-dormant funds typically attracts the attention of the community. This usually concerns early Bitcoins.
For example, in February 2021, were moved 2,189 BTC (~$107.2 million at the time of the transactions) for the first time since the 2013 consolidation. In May, unknown moved 500 BTC with a similar holding period. In September, there was a transfer of 616 BTC, ‘spawned’ from 2012.
In April 2022, unknowns withdrew 150 BTC from three wallets that had been stored there since 2009. The value of the assets over that period rose from about $150 to $6.3 million.
