Voyager Digital to hold asset auction

On September 13 at 17:00 (Moscow/Kyiv), crypto broker Voyager Digital will begin an asset auction among a qualified group of participants as part of the restructuring process. The auction will conclude on September 20.

Only those who submitted the relevant bids by September 6 will participate.

Bids may vary in terms of bankruptcy relief options, in the amount of funds offered or the level of support for the restructuring.

Voyager Digital’s general counsel will approve the bid deemed most valuable for clients and creditors.

According to the August 4 presentation, interest was shown by 22 firms. Among them were Binance and FTX, according to media reports.

Earlier, Voyager Digital filed for bankruptcy. The company cited total liabilities in the range of $1 billion to $10 billion.

Earlier, U.S. authorities called for the crypto broker to remove references to FDIC deposit protection.
