
NFT from the Art Blocks collection sold for $3.3 million
The Art Blocks project reported a record sale of NFT Fidenza #313 from the collection of генеративных изображений for 1000 ETH (over $3.3 million at the time of the deal).

The previous owner purchased the artwork for 0.58 ETH (about $1,400).
The Fidenza series presented in June by artist Tyler Hobbs is one of Art Blocks’ most popular collections. It comprises 999 works with unique patterns of multicoloured rectangles and squares.
Fidenza #313 is the most expensive NFT in the series, but not the only one to have sold for more than $1 million. The previous three major deals occurred within the past week.
The Art Blocks project launched in November 2020. The collection includes 140 works by different authors. According to CryptoSlam data, Art Blocks trading volume for August surpassed $355 million.
