The Triangle project is focused on attracting those interested in creating mini-applications, enhancing user experience, and “bridging Web2 with Web3.”
“The idea of Triangle is to conveniently and easily engage millions of people in Web3. Telegram’s extensive user base provides a unique opportunity for this,” the press release states.
The project’s mentors include Sign’s head Xin Yan, 1inch co-founder Anton Bukov, Berachain founder known as Smokey, Layer Zero’s Max Power, as well as developers associated with Notcoin.
According to DeFi Llama, the TVL of the TON ecosystem exceeds $700 million. This figure has been rapidly increasing over the past six months, largely due to the immense popularity of “tap apps” on Telegram.

The cryptocurrency Toncoin is trading at $7.17, with a market capitalization of approximately $18 billion, according to CoinGecko.
Earlier, the team at The Open Platform began developing a layer-two solution for the TON ecosystem.
