Pantera Capital Seeks Funds for Second Investment in TON

American venture fund Pantera Capital is raising funds for another investment in The Open Network (TON), according to The Block.

The publication reports that the initiative involves a new fund, Pantera TON Investment Opportunity, aimed at attracting capital to acquire more tokens.

Journalists cite an email from Pantera Capital, which potential sponsors received earlier this week. Interested parties were required to respond by June 21.

The minimum investment per investor is $250,000, the media outlet notes, without providing further details.

In May, Pantera Capital representatives spoke of a “record” investment in TON, without disclosing the exact amount.

Earlier, European trading platform Robinhood Crypto announced the addition of Toncoin, and Tether partnered with The Open Network and Oobit to “create a seamless cross-chain payment solution.”
