Russian rap artist Eldzhey (Alexey Uzenyuk) in collaboration with the Mubert project will release a series of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) on the Binance NFT marketplace. ForkLog reported that representatives of the exchange said.
The platform launch will take place on June 24, 2021. The musician’s works will be auctioned in the first week after the start as part of the 100 creators campaign.
The NFT collection consists of five ASMR-ringtones in unique editions, which were generated by the artificial intelligence service for algorithmic generation of music by Mubert based on sounds from Eldzhey’s life.
The works are also accompanied by abstract animations by digital artist Alexander Shishkovets. Support for creating the NFT was provided by the agency ARKA and the creative boutique FMT.JETLAG.
“I just grabbed a recorder and didn’t part with it for several days; in the end we obtained recordings of my surroundings—from morning ping-pong, hydro-massage in the Jacuzzi and the coffee machine to the drumline from studio monitors and the crowd’s screams at a concert,” Eldzhey said.
The musician added that his aim is to popularise NFTs, help launch new stars, and to have plenty of fun in the digital world.
“I’m glad that I can now share ideas through NFT, and the thought of possibly gifting someone something unique and one-of-a-kind warms me,” the rapper said.
As part of the 100 creators campaign on Binance NFT also will release their works Ukrainian rapper Potap and singer Tina Karol, Russian artists Misha Most and Pokras Lampas.
