He said the meetings involved CEO Brad Garlinghouse and co-founder Chris Larsen, as well as other senior executives, discussing topics related to the suit.
Ripple has asked Judge Sarah Netburn to extend the regulator’s deadline to respond to the request until October 8.

Earlier Ripple agreed to hand over to the Commission internal records from general meetings dating from the fourth quarter of 2014, as well as meetings with SBI Holdings. According to some reports, the set includes discussions by company employees of the SEC investigation.
In the new filing, the regulator asserts that the defendant used an ‘erroneous search methodology’ of records, excluding ‘highly compelling evidence’.
In early September, the court ordered the fintech to provide the Commission access to Slack messages from its employees.
Later Netburn denied Ripple’s motion regarding disclosure of information about the SEC employees’ dealings with Bitcoin, Ethereum and XRP.
