CKPool administrator Con Kolivas noted that the user possesses a substantial hash rate for solo mining—38 PH/s. According to his estimation, this level of performance would allow for block mining approximately once every four months.

Kolivas added that this is the 291st block mined by CKPool participants, which provides services to individual miners. The structure combines the computing power of clients to increase chances, but the entire reward goes to the one whose equipment directly solved the task.

On July 24, a pool user with a hash rate of 3 TH/s mined the 290th solo block. His total reward amounted to $211,972.

In April, CKPool users achieved similar success twice: the first at the beginning of the month earned approximately $422,750, while the second, due to the halving event, received only ~$218,544.

On August 28, following the latest recalculation, the difficulty of Bitcoin mining increased by 2.99%.
