Spotter Unveils AI Tools for YouTube Creators, Boosting Views by 49%
Startup Spotter has launched AI-driven tools designed to assist YouTube creators throughout the creative process, reports TechCrunch.
The Spotter Studio solution facilitates brainstorming video concepts, generating ideas for thumbnails and titles, planning projects, organizing tasks, and collaborating with teams.
Among the tool’s features is the analysis of billions of publicly available YouTube videos using AI to inspire the creation of similarly themed content.
Spotter Studio sets itself apart from competitors by adapting to individual preferences. Upon registration, content creators grant access to all their publicly available YouTube videos. The company’s tools analyze these to provide personalized suggestions that resonate with audiences.
“It looks at every video you’ve ever created and understands what really worked and what didn’t. This data, along with performance information across the entire channel, tailors each recommendation to the creator. We have a situation where four authors have the same idea, but each gets different results depending on who they are,” commented Spotter CEO Aaron DeBevoise.
According to the startup, bloggers who tested the AI-powered tools experienced an average 49% increase in views during the first week compared to videos made without Spotter Studio.
In August, YouTube began testing a new feature for content creators called Brainstorm with Gemini, powered by Google’s AI. It allows video creators to brainstorm ideas, titles, and thumbnails.
In September 2023, YouTube released an AI tool for generating backgrounds using prompts.
