SEXN startup plans to launch the eponymous app that will allow earning cryptocurrency during sex. In early May the project held a presale of governance tokens SST, and by the end of the month — in-game tokens Sex Orgasm Token (SOT).

During the latest event, the team issued 700,200 SOT at a price of 0.00085 BNB (~$0.25) per token. At the time of writing the asset trades on PancakeSwap at around 0.000211 BNB (~$0.06).
The SST tokens are also available on PancakeSwap. The asset trades near 0.00004 BNB (~$0.12).
SEXN operates on a model similar to that used by the leader M2E-segment of STEPN. According to the developers, they drew inspiration from the latter’s success.
To use the app, you need to buy an NFT appropriate to a given practice.
The launched app is expected to award SOT tokens based on data collected from smartwatches, fitness bracelets and mobile phones.
According to Grid, during an AMA session the SEXN developer under the nickname MAX noted that sensors can distinguish sex from other forms of physical activity such as running.
«During sex, of course, there won’t be significant GPS position shifts. Therefore we rely on the heart-rate growth curve, which differs from the dynamics of metrics during sports. The level of oxygen saturation also differs, as does the pattern of hand movement. […] If you simply go for a run […], the app will know you are cheating», he said.
The project runs on the BNB Chain. The codebases for SOT and SST passed an audit by SafuAudit. The developers insist that they do not collect confidential user data.
The alpha version of the app is planned to launch by the end of Q2 2022. In July–September the team will release a beta version of SEXN and update the project’s technical documentation. The product will be presented to the public by year-end.
Earlier in May 2022, the STEPN team said it would block mainland Chinese users from the ability to earn through its M2E app.
