STEPN team to airdrop tokens to promote new game

The M2E project STEPN, developed by Find Satoshi Lab, will distribute 2 million GMT as part of promoting the new game Gas Hero.

Participants in the contest, which will run for three months, must design items or characters for the upcoming project.

“Winners will be selected based on the originality of the theme, the quality of the design and the backstory,” the company said.

Find Satoshi Lab’s Gas Hero is slated to launch by the end of 2023. Gas Hero is an MMO game that will be playable via web browsers and mobile devices.

According to the developers, the Gas Hero storyline unfolds in 2084, after the actions of an evil artificial intelligence lead to a nuclear apocalypse. Players will be able to fight each other and build their own base.

Built on the Solana and BNB Chain networks, STEPN gained popularity in spring 2021. It allows users to earn rewards in GST and GMT tokens for walking or running. To do so, users must purchase NFT sneakers.

Later, the developers launched their own NFT marketplace Mooar.

In May 2023, the STEPN team enabled Apple Pay payments for iOS devices.
