Survey: 36% of users do not trust DeFi

A third of ForkLog respondents declined to invest in the DeFi sector due to distrust of the projects.

22.5% of respondents abstained from investing due to unfamiliarity with the technology.

Exactly a quarter of participants in the survey became DeFi investors. They earned most from buying tokens (20.6%) and yield farming (8%).

One of the most popular DeFi services was the Uniswap exchange — used by 18% of respondents.

The survey was conducted in September 2020. It involved 1,815 people from Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, the United States, and countries across Asia and Europe.
