Wilshire Phoenix Co-Founder: U.S. Won’t Approve Bitcoin ETF Before 2023
U.S. financial regulators will eventually green-light the launch of a bitcoin ETF, but approvals are not expected before 2023, said Will Cai, co-founder of New York-based Wilshire Phoenix.
