Tezos Ukraine and ForkLog will host three blockchain-development workshops on Tezos. The broadcasts will be on ForkLog’s YouTube channel.

The workshops are devoted to the hackathon for developing decentralized finance protocols on Tezos #TezosDeFiHackathon. The lecturers will be the hackathon mentors: Anastasia Kondaurova and Korney Vasylchenko from Madfish Solutions and Mikhail Zaikin from Baking Bad.
“Our aim is to attract talented developers to the Tezos ecosystem. The community needs strong DeFi products. For this, we are holding the hackathon, and within it — the workshops,” Tezos Ukraine says.
Schedule of the workshops:
- 23 February at 20:00 MSK: Anastasia Kondaurova from Madfish Solutions will discuss the FA1.2 token standard on Tezos and the features of the functional language Ligo (link to the broadcast).
- 24 February at 18:00 MSK: Mikhail Zaikin from Baking Bad will describe the BCD explorer, the PyTezos library, and working with smart contracts directly from the browser.
- 25 February at 20:00 MSK: co-founder and CTO of Madfish Solutions Korney Vasylchenko will explain how to interact with Tezos smart contracts directly from the browser or another environment that supports JavaScript. And Korney will also show Thanos Wallet — a wallet that simplifies the development of decentralized applications on the Tezos blockchain.
The online hackathon will run from 26 to 28 February. Registration ends on 26 February at 16:00 MSK. The prize fund will be $25,000, with a maximum prize — $12,000. Individual participants and teams may participate.
