On January 24, an unknown Bitcoin miner with a hashrate of 86 TH/s mined block 720 175 in the blockchain. This was reported by CKPool administrator Con Kolivas.
Note this miner had been varying the amount of hashrate they were mining solo with, and at the time they solved it only had 8.3TH on board.

The miner received the protocol-specified reward of 6.25 BTC (about $213,840 at the time of writing).
According to Kolivas, the miner varied the amount of computing power they were operating with. At the moment of finding the block, they were only using 8.3 TH/s.
As confirmation, the administrator posted a screenshot of the miner’s message on the forum and a photo of their mini-farm.

Earlier in January, a solo miner with a hashrate of 126 TH/s mined block 718 124 in the blockchain.
Two days later, another user mined a Bitcoin block, although in his case the probability was 0.0001%. Both rigs were connected to the CKPool.
