The new mobile-wallet interface for Android and iOS simplifies onboarding and navigation, according to project representatives.
The design features two color schemes — Trust Blue and Trust Green. They can be used under different lighting conditions.
The app also added a feature to switch between wallets and redesigned the token-management system. It will be rolled out in stages from October 16.
“Trust Wallet has evolved into something more than just a wallet — it is now a reliable gateway to the Web3 world. By offering user-oriented products and services, we equip people with the tools and technologies necessary to confidently explore the possibilities of the crypto space, and provide the financial autonomy they deserve,” said Eowyn Chen, the head of the company.
According to the press release, since its inception in 2017, Trust Wallet has been downloaded more than 70 million times.
In April, developers of the app eliminated a vulnerability in the wallet’s core library. The issue affected addresses created via the browser extension between November 14 and 23, 2022.
Earlier ForkLog reported that Trust Wallet enabled the ability to convert digital assets into fiat currencies directly through the app interface.
