UFC to issue fan tokens on Chiliz platform

The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) will launch fan tokens on the blockchain platform of Chiliz.

In June, the UFC Fan Token (UFT) will appear on the Socios.com platform. A total of 20 million tokens will be issued; their price has not been disclosed.

UFT holders will gain access to exclusive events and content, a fan chat and voting, and AR features. UFC fans will be able to earn points for activity on the platform and exchange them for prizes.

Earlier, Chiliz struck similar partnerships with football clubs PSG, Juventus, West Ham United, Atlético Madrid, Barcelona and “Milan”.
