Ukraine passes law on NFT stamps
On 22 November, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted in the second reading and in full the law on the issuance of a digital postal stamp.
The document now awaits the signature of President Volodymyr Zelensky.
The digital stamp is defined as a non-fungible virtual asset certifying ownership rights to the digital image of the postage stamp or a derivative work.
The corresponding terminology will be introduced into the Law on Postal Communication.
Earlier, Ukrposhta announced plans to issue NFT-marks in August 2022.
