The National Securities and Stock Market Commission of Ukraine (NSSMC) has published an updated list of dubious investment projects, including those linked to cryptocurrencies, whose activities are not regulated in Ukraine.
The list includes:
- TRADE.COM | CFD;
- FXSTANDART;
- Cauvocapital;
- ACCENT FOREX;
- IB Platform;
- Trade Union Trust;
- JFD Trade;
- TFX Pro;
- Capital ex Pro;
- KONA;
- Tradefora;
- BTQ;
- UBK Markets;
- xDirect;
- SM-kdly;
- TopTrades.
According to the agency, all 16 firms pose significant risks to potential clients and are aimed at misappropriating their funds.
As of writing, the NSSMC’s full list contains 204 entries.
Earlier in August, the NSSMC added 18 companies to the list of dubious entities that attracted citizens’ funds under the guise of cryptocurrency trading.
