Any citizen of Ukraine will be able to take the training program. A pilot project with 20–30 participants will be conducted online. It will start in November 2021 and run for four weeks. The language of the basic course is Ukrainian. Upon completion, participants will take an exam and receive certificates of completion in the form of NFT.

Applications are accepted via the link until November 2. The course team will select the most motivated participants for the pilot program. The training will be free.

The course is the first product of a group formed on the foresight foresight ‘Virtual Assets 2030’ with the support of the Ministry of Digital Transformation in 2021.

According to the roadmap, by May 2024 at least half of Ukrainians should know how to use cryptocurrency, every Ukrainian school should teach a VA course, and leading Ukrainian universities should offer specialist master’s programs.

As reported, on July 21, the Ministry of Digital Transformation unveiled a three-year strategy for developing the VA market. According to it, by May 2024 Ukraine should be in the top 10 countries for cryptocurrency integration.
