The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, in partnership with the WhiteBIT exchange, the Filecoin Foundation, and the social metaverse Atlantis World, will launch blockchain courses.
Blockchain courses for Ukrainians — we are launching a free crypto literacy course; 100 hours of theory and practice. Start in February at Diia. Digital Education portal. Our goal is to make Ukrainians crypto advanced nation.

According to the head of the Ministry of Digital Transformation, Mikhail Fedorov, the program is completely free and designed for 100 hours of theory and practice.
The project is scheduled to start in February 2023 on the state portal “Diia. Digital Education”.
As ForkLog UA reported to the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the goal of the course is to raise crypto literacy among Ukrainians.
Among the topics:
- History of money and the development of blockchain and Bitcoin;
- Mining and the consensus algorithms Proof-of-Work and Proof-of-Stake;
- Ethereum and smart contracts;
- Cold and hot crypto wallets;
- Exchanging crypto assets;
- Opportunities and risks of trading on the digital assets market;
- Basics of cyber hygiene;
- Decentralised protocols (IPFS and Filecoin and others).
