Uniswap unveils a DEX widget for integration into third-party apps

The decentralised exchange Uniswap has launched the Swap Widget service, which allows developers to integrate the project’s functions into third-party dapps.

“The Swap Widget brings together all of Uniswap’s capabilities into a React component that developers can easily embed into their applications with a single line of code,” the announcement said.

According to the project team, the widget allows token swaps, joining DAOs, issuing wrapped assets, and carrying out other operations within third-party applications.

According to the press release, the service will be integrated by platforms such as OpenSea — NFT marketplace users will be able to swap ETH for WETH to acquire non-fungible tokens.

Swap Widget is an open-source service published to the GitHub repository.

Earlier in March, Uniswap unveiled an interface for automatically converting ERC-20 tokens into ETH and sending the cryptocurrency to the Ukrainian charity foundation’s address in a single transaction.
