University of Tennessee launches K-Quantum accelerator with $43 million initiative.
The University of Tennessee, Knoxville has announced the launch of the K-Quantum accelerator in conjunction with the $43 million Tennessee Quantum Initiative. The project includes Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Tennessee Valley Authority, CGI, and IonQ, with goals to establish a quantum factory, a hybrid computing node, and infrastructure for the commercialization of developments.
