On July 16 in New York, two unknown men raided a couple’s apartment, stealing cryptocurrency, cash and luxury goods. NBC, citing the police, reports.
According to police, the suspects, dressed in suits and ties, arrived at the victims’ home in a black Porsche Cayenne, identified themselves as FBI agents and brandished firearms.
Inside the apartment they used a stun gun on the couple and tied them up. The criminals stole about $20,000 in cash and in cryptocurrency, Rolex watches, a Hermes baseball cap, a Chanel bag, a wallet, a mobile phone, and also drove away the couple’s Mercedes-Benz. Total damage exceeded $40,000.
Surveillance cameras captured the suspects’ appearance. Police are now asking for the public’s help to locate them.
