
US DOJ seeks director for National Cryptocurrency Enforcement Team
The U.S. Department of Justice has launched a search for the director of the National Cryptocurrency Enforcement Team. The vacancy is described on the federal government jobs site.

FinCEN reported that 2021 saw a rise in ransomware-activity reports — in the first six months its number reached 635.
