Vladimir Pachesny, a deputy of the Virovsky rural council in Rivne region, declared 500 shares of Tesla, Inc. and 124 BTC. The document with data for 2019 was filed back in July 2021, but local media only drew attention to it now.
The 36-year-old politician stated in the declaration that he purchased 124 BTC in February 2013, the value of which at the time of purchase was 73,920 hryvnias. As of the time of writing, the asset’s value exceeds $8.4 million.
On January 1, 2019, Pachesny bought 500 shares of Tesla, Inc. at 6,160 hryvnias each.
Among the deputy’s assets are 9.3 million hryvnias and $77,000 in cash. In a bank account he holds 1.4 million hryvnias and $13,400. His wife, Iryna Serhiychuk, owns 2.2 million hryvnias and $40,000.
Pachesny is registered in the village of Gvozdavka Druha, Lyubashivskyi District, Odesa region, while his wife Iryna Serhiychuk lives in Klesove, Rivne region with their daughters.
She is listed as the owner of a house of about 300 square metres and two plots of land in the Rivne suburbs. She also owns two Lexus cars, 2010 and 2013 models. Serhiychuk has a sable fur coat worth 420,000 hryvnias and three mink furs valued at around 200,000 hryvnias each.
Vladimir Pachesny owns IWC watches worth 560,000 hryvnias and Patek Philippe worth 1.4 million hryvnias. He also has an antique collection of Soviet-era items valued at 100,000 hryvnias.
