
WhiteBIT halves hryvnia deposit and withdrawal fees
On 17 August, the European cryptocurrency exchange WhiteBIT lowered the deposit top-up and withdrawal fee for hryvnia-denominated Visa and MasterCard cards from 1.5% to 0.7%. ForkLog was told this by WhiteBIT representatives.
The 0.7% fee will be permanent on the exchange. In the future WhiteBIT plans to reduce fees for other CIS currencies.
“Our mission is to popularise cryptocurrency in Ukraine and around the world. Building accessible bridges between fiat and cryptocurrencies is an important step on this path. We started with lowering the fees on hryvnia deposits and withdrawals, but we do not plan to stop there. Next up are other CIS currencies,” WhiteBIT representatives commented.
WhiteBIT — cryptocurrency exchange with an Estonian licence. The exchange offers spot and margin trading, as well as instant exchange of fiat and cryptocurrencies.
The crypto exchange offers leverage up to 5x for the BTC/USDT pair. WhiteBIT supports fiat pairs with regional currencies such as RUB, UAH, EUR and USD. Trading fees for such pairs amount to up to 0.1%.
