WordPress Unveils AI Chatbot for Website Creation

The WordPress platform has introduced a new AI website builder, enabling users to create web resources from scratch using simple text prompts.

The tool is available for free and is aimed at entrepreneurs, freelancers, bloggers, and others who need a professional online presence.

The AI builder is not capable of creating advanced sites for e-commerce or other solutions with complex integrations. In such cases, development and design skills are required.

To create a site, users interact with the chatbot in a conversational style.

To begin, users must enter a prompt briefly outlining the project idea — for example: “create a website for a coffee shop.” It is recommended to be as specific as possible: include the project name, its essence, and the planned type of content.

After the setup process, users register or log into their WordPress account and watch the site being created. They can then interact with the chatbot to make changes.

The AI builder offers 30 free prompts, after which a hosting plan must be selected. This is required to release the finished resource to the public.
