In December 2021, the firm announced a definitive agreement with Adit EdTech Acquisition Corp. The deal was closed<\/a> on January 2, 2024, and shares of the combined company began trading on the CBOE<\/span> Canada exchange. <\/p>\n

“We believe that listing on Nasdaq will enhance our visibility, liquidity, and expand our investor base as we continue to strengthen our market position,” stated GRIID CEO Trey Kelly. <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
