From my very limited knowledge, it seems none of them did,&#8221; Hayes wrote.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The projects mentioned included Kwenta, Gains Network, Aura Finance, Curve, Aave, MakerDAO, Uniswap, and Lido Finance.<\/p>\n<p>According to the former BitMEX head, the absence of an actively used <span data-descr=\"decentralized application\" class=\"old_tooltip\">dapp<\/span> created or available on Cardano indicates the platform&#8217;s inefficiency.<\/p>\n<p>Given the blockchain founder Charles Hoskinson&#8217;s usual sharp responses to criticism, his comment this time was more restrained.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\"><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/CryptoHayes?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@CryptoHayes<\/a> Arthur, why are you throwing shade at Cardano? I like you, man,&#8221; he wrote.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Hayes later <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/CryptoHayes\/status\/1760055332364292219\">stated<\/a> that he &#8220;also likes&#8221; Hoskinson but stood by his comments on ADA, advising to buy Ethereum instead.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, the Cardano founder <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/charles-hoskinson-criticizes-bitcoins-l2-development\">expressed skepticism<\/a> about the development of second-layer solutions on the Bitcoin blockchain.<\/p>\n<p>Back in November 2023, Hoskinson and Blockstream CEO Adam Back debated Bitcoin&#8217;s decentralization.
