According to the document, in 2013 he acquired a total of 398 BTC valued at 128,000 UAH.<\/p>\n<p>Belytskovets&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/public.nazk.gov.ua\/documents\/50d3f940-8d0e-4754-8e86-cd6a4b6f259d\">2024 declaration<\/a> does not specify the exact number of bitcoins, but their acquisition date and value at the last monetary assessment match.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1005\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2-98-1005x1024.jpg\" alt=\"2-98\" class=\"wp-image-228927\" srcset=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2-98-1005x1024.jpg 1005w, https:\/\/forklog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2-98-294x300.jpg 294w, https:\/\/forklog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2-98-768x783.jpg 768w, https:\/\/forklog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2-98.jpg 1266w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1005px) 100vw, 1005px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Data: Chesno Movement.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Former &#8220;Servant of the People&#8221; deputy Vladyslav Trubytsyn declared 48 BTC in <a href=\"https:\/\/public.nazk.gov.ua\/documents\/79e8e7fc-faee-4b9b-9f01-8d25e3a1ebfd\">2020<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/public.nazk.gov.ua\/documents\/69401584-4d52-447c-952a-2989af049175\">2021<\/a>, valued at 24,437 UAH at the time of purchase.<\/p>\n<p>Oleksandr Pluzhnyk from OPZZh bought 10 BTC in 2014 for 83,930 UAH, as reflected in his <a href=\"https:\/\/public.nazk.gov.ua\/documents\/66f26099-4907-4e22-ba9d-678c3c7bd684\">2020 declaration<\/a>. These bitcoins are not mentioned in his 2024 declaration.<\/p>\n<p>Heorhiy Yasinsky from &#8220;European Solidarity&#8221; declared <a href=\"https:\/\/public.nazk.gov.ua\/documents\/57ba41a5-42cc-47da-ad1b-7a078d06e029\">in 2020<\/a> ownership of 1,500 units of an unnamed asset valued at 423,724 UAH. <a href=\"https:\/\/public.nazk.gov.ua\/documents\/b6d277b5-469a-4b18-88d7-bbe7694a50b7\">In 2021<\/a>, this amount decreased to two units. As of 2024, Yasinsky does not own cryptocurrency, according to the reports.<\/p>\n<p>Anna Svyrydenko from the &#8220;Batkivshchyna&#8221; faction first declared digital assets belonging to her husband Pavlo Horbasenko <a href=\"https:\/\/public.nazk.gov.ua\/documents\/daa97fac-7a1e-4a09-8f37-1c75a6cc5dbe\">in 2022<\/a>. 0.00010768 BTC and 6.11 ZEC were collectively acquired for 8,407 UAH and are still held on the Binance exchange. <\/p>\n<p>Previously, the Opendatabot service identified <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/ukraine-counts-cryptocurrency-millionaires-among-officials\">the largest cryptocurrency holders<\/a> among Ukrainian officials. <\/p>\n<p>According to its data, the most declarations of cryptocurrency ownership in 2022 were submitted by <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/ukrainian-national-police-lead-in-cryptocurrency-declarations-for-2022\">employees of the National Police and the Prosecutor&#8217;s Office of Ukraine<\/a>. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Ukrainian civic movement &#8220;Chesno&#8221; has scrutinized the declarations of Kyiv city council members to identify cryptocurrency holders. ?
