Richardson acknowledged that the firm was \u201csurprised and confused by this last-minute decision [by the Commission].\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\n<cite><em>\u201cWe remain confident that the SEC will fulfill its obligation and treat us as the law requires. Exodus has been fully transparent throughout the process. We expect a swift resolution to this matter,\u201d<\/em> the document asserted.<\/cite><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Founded in 2015, Exodus developed the eponymous cryptocurrency wallet.
