{"id":13536,"date":"2024-05-15T16:05:06","date_gmt":"2024-05-15T13:05:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/ukraine-expands-list-of-dubious-projects-to-include-miners-and-crypto-traders\/"},"modified":"2024-05-15T16:05:06","modified_gmt":"2024-05-15T13:05:06","slug":"ukraine-expands-list-of-dubious-projects-to-include-miners-and-crypto-traders","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/ukraine-expands-list-of-dubious-projects-to-include-miners-and-crypto-traders\/","title":{"rendered":"Ukraine Expands List of Dubious Projects to Include Miners and Crypto Traders"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The <span data-descr=\"National Securities and Stock Market Commission\" class=\"old_tooltip\">NSSMC<\/span> of Ukraine has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nssmc.gov.ua\/zakhyst-investoriv-komisiia-onovyla-spysok-sumnivnykh-investytsiinykh-proiektiv-5\/\">expanded its list<\/a> of unreliable investment projects, some of which promoted earnings through cryptocurrencies.<\/p>\n<p>The following have been deemed questionable:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>BIT-X CLUB;<\/li>\n<li>ACY Securities;<\/li>\n<li>REVOLUTION FX;<\/li>\n<li>FxPro;<\/li>\n<li>TRUST FUNDS;<\/li>\n<li>AVAFX;<\/li>\n<li>Moneta Markets;<\/li>\n<li>NSFX;\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>GROWUP CAPITALS;<\/li>\n<li>Cap24Trade;<\/li>\n<li>FinWay;<\/li>\n<li>LEDTRINO;<\/li>\n<li>1000X;<\/li>\n<li>IQMining;\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Oil Folex Ai;<\/li>\n<li>Stability International Platform;<\/li>\n<li>SIMPLE MINER;<\/li>\n<li>Currency miner;<\/li>\n<li>AGLOBALTRADE;<\/li>\n<li>Land Prime;<\/li>\n<li>CRYPTO MILITARY;<\/li>\n<li>One Capital;\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Dolphin Traders;<\/li>\n<li>online school SVIKK.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Specifically, BIT-X CLUB presents itself as an \u201cinternational <span data-descr=\"multilevel marketing\" class=\"old_tooltip\">MLM<\/span> company with practical crypto tools,\u201d while CRYPTO MILITARY promises to teach a \u201cmilitary strategic approach to trading.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Some of the listed companies focus on mining. Currency miner attracts clients with promises of instant large payouts for purchasing a cloud mining tariff. SIMPLE MINER names Binance and the cryptocurrency data aggregator CoinMarketCap among its partners. IQMining offers a \u201clifetime contract\u201d for mining.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The National Commission reminded that the activities of these companies are not regulated in Ukraine, thus investors risk losing all their funds when dealing with them.<\/p>\n<p>At the time of writing, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nssmc.gov.ua\/activity\/insha-diialnist\/zakhyst-investoriv\/#tab-2\">full list<\/a> of the agency contains 304 entries.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In October 2023, the NSSMC added 16 companies to the list, including those related to cryptocurrencies.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The NSSMC of Ukraine has expanded its list of unreliable investment projects, some of which promoted earnings through cryptocurrencies.
