This clearing layer, functioning as its own blockchain, will act as an internal liquidity platform, facilitating order matching.<\/p>\n<p>The scheme operates as follows: when a user from one network wishes to interact with <span data-descr=\"decentralized applications\" class=\"old_tooltip\">dapps<\/span> on another, they broadcast their intent, allowing solvers to compete for execution for a small fee, deploying their own capital if necessary.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/1-1048.webp\" alt=\"1-1048\" class=\"wp-image-234081\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Data: Everclear.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The team will allocate $5 million towards the development and implementation of the solution, funds acquired from the sale of Connext (NEXT) tokens to Pantera Capital in an over-the-counter deal.<\/p>\n<p>Everclear is constructed as a rollup based on Arbitrum Orbit.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2-801.webp\" alt=\"2-801\" class=\"wp-image-234082\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Data: Everclear.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>It employs Hyperlane for public communication between different chains and will be secured by EigenLayer, operating as an active validation service.<\/p>\n<p>With this approach, Everclear aims to facilitate user interactions with dapps on any blockchains and assets with minimal fees and latency of less than ten seconds.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/3-461.webp\" alt=\"3-461\" class=\"wp-image-234083\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Data: Everclear.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>To date, developers have launched a testnet with several partners, including Socket, Particle Network, Router, Enzo, and others.
