This is reported by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2024\/06\/11\/ai-is-getting-very-popular-among-students-and-teachers-very-quickly.html\">CNBC<\/a>, citing a study by Impact Research.<\/p>\n<p>Over the past year, the number of teachers familiar with the ChatGPT chatbot increased from 55% to 79%. Among <span data-descr=\"students from kindergarten to 12th grade\" class=\"old_tooltip\">K\u201312<\/span> students, the figure rose from 37% to 75%.<\/p>\n<p>46% of teachers and 48% of students reported using ChatGPT at least once a week. For the latter, AI usage increased by 27% compared to the previous year.<\/p>\n<p>70% of students have a positive attitude towards AI chatbots. Among college students, this figure is 75%, and among parents, it is 68%.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\n<cite>\u201cThe level of AI adoption in the education system is higher than in the workforce. Students, who have a strong incentive to seek help, are pulling teachers along,\u201d commented Ethan Mollick, a professor at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an AI expert.<\/cite><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>59% of teachers have a positive attitude towards AI-based chatbots. 20% stated that ChatGPT has a negative impact.<\/p>\n<p>Teachers and parents over 45 are less likely to be confident in their ability to effectively use AI.<\/p>\n<p>25% of surveyed teachers have undergone some training on working with chatbots. 32% believe that the lack of training and professional development are the main reasons they do not use AI.<\/p>\n<p>Apple is set to integrate ChatGPT into Siri and other services in its iOS, iPadOS, and macOS operating systems.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/google-integrates-generative-ai-into-search-engine\">Google integrated generative AI<\/a> into its search engine.<\/p>\n<p>In May, <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/openai-unveils-a-more-human-like-version-of-chatgpt\">OpenAI unveiled the latest chatbot model<\/a> \u2014 GPT-4o.
