The purchase is expected to close immediately and increase <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/search?q=%24CLSK&#038;src=ctag&#038;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">$CLSK<\/a>&#8216;s <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/hashrate?src=hash&#038;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#hashrate<\/a> by 3.7 EH\/s upon full installation of already purchased S21 Pro miners. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Our\u2026<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 CleanSpark Inc. Following the deployment of <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/cleanspark-secures-deal-for-160000-antminer-s21-units-from-bitmain\">Antminer S21 installations<\/a> at the new sites, their combined hashrate will exceed 3.7 EH\/s.<\/p>\n<p>CleanSpark CEO Zach Bradford stated that the acquisition solidifies the company&#8217;s achievement of its 20 EH\/s target for the year.<\/p>\n<p>As of May 31, the firm operated 134,464 ASIC miners, generating 17.97 EH\/s. The company also operates facilities <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/cleanspark-to-acquire-bitcoin-farms-for-19-8-million-expanding-hashrate-by-2-4-eh-s\">in Mississippi<\/a> and is in the process of acquiring a data center in Wyoming.<\/p>\n<p>In May, Bitcoin miners reported a decline in production volumes following the <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/bitcoin-undergoes-fourth-halving\">April halving<\/a>.
