It is an open-source layer-two solution based on Optimism&#8217;s OP Stack.<\/p>\n<p>All users will be able to send transactions on the public network, but those verified with World ID will have priority. They will also receive &#8220;a bit of free gas&#8221; to lower entry barriers for blockchain use.
