The aggregator is operated by Agretis Software Design LLC, based in Dubai (UAE).<\/p>\n<p>The monitor does not guarantee transactions. It helps users decide whether to proceed by providing client comments, information on rates, reserves and the exchanger\u2019s age.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How BestChange\u2019s AML analyzer works<\/h2>\n<p>The <a class=\"tracking_link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bestchange.ru\/report\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AML analyzer<\/a> checks cryptocurrency addresses before transactions to minimise the risk of receiving \u201c<span data-descr=\"associated with illegal activity\" class=\"old_tooltip\">dirty<\/span>\u201d funds.<\/p>\n<p>At the time of publication, the service supports more than 80 cryptocurrencies and tokens, including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), Toncoin (TON), as well as the stablecoins Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC) and DAI across various networks.<\/p>\n<p>No registration is required. To check an address, you need to:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>on the BestChange homepage, go to the <a class=\"tracking_link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bestchange.ru\/report\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Address check<\/a> section;<\/li>\n<li>enter the wallet address, choose the cryptocurrency\/token\u2019s blockchain and provide an email.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Testing the AML analyzer<\/h2>\n<p>We put the service to the test with an address linked to the recent hack of Turkish crypto exchange BtcTurk. In our case, 100% of the funds on the address are marked as Stolen coins (stolen coins).<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>\u201cRisk Score is a dynamic indicator. It changes because of asset movements or the appearance of indirect links between an address and various sources. Even if an owner does not receive or send funds for a long time, the Risk Score may change due to new transactions in the wallets it has interacted with,\u201d BestChange representatives comment.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The results remain available via the link sent to the specified email. Users can refresh them for free at any time by pressing the corresponding button in the AML report.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusions<\/h2>\n<p>In 2024, all major exchangers and exchanges use AML tools to screen transactions. If \u201cdirty\u201d cryptocurrencies are received, they may freeze a client\u2019s account and pass information to law enforcement.<\/p>\n<p>BestChange lists only vetted exchangers and continuously monitors their performance.
