So they direct capital into a subset of infrastructure startups that derive side profits from casinos,&#8221;<\/em> the expert explained.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Buterin lamented the insufficient investment in open-source projects.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>&#8220;We are still quite small and should encourage innovation, not stifle it.
