Both assets will circulate, albeit with certain differentiation.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cDAI will focus on cryptocurrency use cases, while NewStable will target mass adoption,\u201d the team explained.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Holders of MKR will still be able to participate in project governance through voting. NewGovToken (NGT) will also be used for this purpose.<\/p>\n<p>The optional conversion rate for the coins will be 1 MKR for 24,000 NGT.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cThis denomination is intended to encourage broader participation in governance,\u201d the statement said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The ratio will allow more users to own the platform&#8217;s governance tokens and \u201cactively influence the ecosystem&#8217;s future,\u201d the developers emphasized.<\/p>\n<p>Back in March, MakerDAO founder Rune Christensen <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/makerdao-to-embark-on-endgame-transformation-this-summer\">revealed details<\/a> of the first phase of Endgame, called \u201cLaunch Season.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The DeFi platform MakerDAO has introduced updated versions of its stablecoin DAI and governance token MKR as part of its Endgame roadmap transformation.
