The damage exceeded $230 million, causing the platform to be unable to maintain balanced backing for its assets and halt withdrawals. Experts at Elliptic <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/north-korean-hackers-implicated-in-wazirx-breach-says-elliptic\">concluded<\/a> that North Korean hackers were behind the breach.<\/p>\n<p>The WazirX team is working on reimbursing funds and intends to <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/wazirx-to-reverse-transactions-following-230-million-breach\">reverse<\/a> all transactions made after the breach.
