This was <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/bitokay\/983\">highlighted<\/a> by experts from the <span data-descr=\"anti-money laundering\" class=\"old_tooltip\">AML<\/span> service BitOK.<\/p>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/telegram.org\/js\/telegram-widget.js?22\" data-telegram-post=\"bitokay\/983\" data-width=\"100%\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>Now, any search query containing the word &#8220;cryptocurrency&#8221; results in numerous scam courses and signal advertisements being displayed.<\/p>\n<p>The disappearance of Russian crypto exchanges from search results has allowed <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/mendeleevshina\/5986\">phishing sites<\/a> targeting digital asset theft to take their place.<\/p>\n<p>In response, major market players, to comply with Yandex&#8217;s rules, have been forced to abandon direct advertising of their services and <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/nakamotonado\/1654\">shift<\/a> towards promoting educational materials, free lessons, and guides on choosing trading platforms.<\/p>\n<p>In comments to ForkLog, BitOK founder and CEO Dmitry Machikhin stated that the current situation does not resemble structured measures and appears to be &#8220;indiscriminate shooting at sparrows.&#8221;<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;This has hit bloggers \u2014 naturally, their incomes will fall. I don&#8217;t see any prospects for change at the moment. Perhaps clearer rules and criteria would allow crypto projects to circumvent the restrictions,&#8221; he suggested.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The ban on advertising digital currencies, mining services, exchanges, and exchangers is <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/russia-legalises-cryptocurrency-mining-implications-for-the-industry\">enshrined<\/a> in the law regulating cryptocurrency mining. Indefibank CEO Sergey Mendeleev believes that Yandex, as an advertising operator, is responsible for the ambiguous interpretation of the regulatory act&#8217;s provisions.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;The law provides for the impossibility of advertising everything.
