The illegal acquisition, sale, or exchange of such assets is <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/uzbekistan-enacts-penalties-for-illegal-cryptocurrency-activities\">prohibited<\/a> in the country. Such activities are punishable by administrative arrest for up to 15 days or a fine ranging from 20 to 30 <span data-descr=\"Basic calculation value. As of October 1, 2024, it amounts to 375,000 soms ($29.5).\" class=\"old_tooltip\">BCV<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>The airdrop and listing of the Hamster Kombat token took place on September 26. According to him, the main problems of such &#8220;tap games&#8221; remain the shortcomings of tokenomics, dependence on a constant influx of new users, and the lack of legal protection for players.<\/p>\n<p>In June, a 24-year-old student in Uzbekistan was <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/uzbek-student-arrested-for-selling-notcoin\">arrested for 10 days<\/a> for selling the NOT token of the Web3 project Notcoin.
