This wave is fueling unfounded fears regarding another impending cyclone, reports <a href=\"https:\/\/decrypt.co\/284997\/ai-deep-fakes-weaponized-weather-hurricane-helene-milton\">Decrypt<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>On September 26, Hurricane Helene <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Hurricane_Helene\">struck<\/a> Florida, causing widespread destruction and loss of life.
