Use the Superchain, and reap the benefits ?<\/p>\n<p>Today, <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Optimism?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@Optimism<\/a> unveils Airdrop #5:<\/p>\n<p>Onchain together, benefit together.<\/p>\n<p>10M+ OP has been allocated to 54k+ unique addresses.<\/p>\n<p>As of today, roughly 550M OP remains for future airdrops. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/TCS1oSXKBs\">pic.twitter.com\/TCS1oSXKBs<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Optimism (@Optimism) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Optimism\/status\/1844066394440417398?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">October 9, 2024<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p> <script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>This token distribution aims to incentivize users of the Superchain, an ecosystem of rollups built on the OP Stack infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>Activity in networks such as OP Mainnet, Base, Zora, Mode, Metal, Fraxtal, Cyber, Mint, Swan, Redstone, Lisk, Derive, BOB, Xterio, Polynomial, Race, and Orderly was considered.<\/p>\n<p>The airdrop participants included wallets that interacted with at least 20 smart contracts in the Superchain from March 15 to September 15, 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Individual allocations for users were increased through bonuses, awarded for actions like delegating OP or using seven protocols within the ecosystem.<\/p>\n<p>Tokens must be claimed by February 13, 2025.<\/p>\n<p>In total, Optimism has distributed over 265 million tokens across five airdrops. Approximately 550 million OP remain for future distributions.<\/p>\n<p>The first drop occurred on May 31, 2022, followed by distributions on February 9, 2023, and September 18. The fourth token distribution <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/optimism-distributes-39-million-in-op-tokens-via-airdrop\">took place<\/a> on February 20, 2024.<\/p>\n<p>In the past 24 hours, the price of OP has decreased by 6%. At the time of writing, the asset is trading at $1.53.
