It will be limited locations at first <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/V8tbV8QkQt\">pic.twitter.com\/V8tbV8QkQt<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Lohan Simpson (@Lohansimpson) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Lohansimpson\/status\/1855471713280274782?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">November 10, 2024<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p> <script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>TechCrunch <a href=\"https:\/\/techcrunch.com\/2024\/11\/10\/x-is-testing-a-free-version-of-ai-chatbot-grok\/\">confirmed<\/a> that access without a paid subscription is available at least from New Zealand.<\/p>\n<p>A user named Swak <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/swak_12\/status\/1855498254563381309\">highlighted<\/a> the main features of the limited version of the chatbot:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>access to Grok for accounts registered at least a week ago and linked with a phone number;<\/li>\n<li>10 requests every two hours to Grok-2 and 20 to Grok-2 mini;<\/li>\n<li>ability to analyze up to three images per day.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In August, xAI <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/xai-launches-grok-2-with-image-generation-capabilities\">launched<\/a> the beta version of Grok-2 and Grok-2 mini.
