Experts from the organization highlighted MicroStrategy&#8217;s investment strategy and its stock growth of over 300% compared to the tech giant&#8217;s shares.<\/p>\n<p>On November 19, the company founded by Saylor <a href=\"https:\/\/companiesmarketcap.com\/usa\/largest-companies-in-the-usa-by-market-cap\/\">entered the top 100<\/a> in market capitalization among U.S. stock market corporations, with a valuation of $96.73 billion.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>&#8220;It&#8217;s a good idea to include [adding the leading cryptocurrency as a reserve asset] on the agenda of every organization. This should be the case for Berkshire Hathaway, Apple, Google, and Meta. They have huge cash reserves and are burning shareholder value,&#8221;<\/em> Saylor pointed out.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>According to the MicroStrategy founder, 98.5% of Microsoft&#8217;s <span data-descr=\"enterprise value\" class=\"old_tooltip\">enterprise value<\/span> is tied to its quarterly earnings, while 1.5% is attributed to tangible assets.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>&#8220;If half of the metric were based on the second component or property like Bitcoin, these would be much more stable and less risky stocks,&#8221;<\/em> Saylor explained.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Previously, Microsoft informed that its board of directors <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sec.gov\/Archives\/edgar\/data\/789019\/000119312524242884\/d878959ddefa14a.htm\">recommended<\/a> voting against the proposal, as the governing body already &#8220;evaluates a wide range of investable assets,&#8221; including the leading cryptocurrency.<\/p>\n<p>On November 19, MicroStrategy announced plans to issue five-year senior convertible bonds worth $1.75 billion to purchase digital gold.<\/p>\n<p>During the same period, MARA (formerly Marathon Digital), Genius Group, and Metaplanet announced the development of a similar Bitcoin holding strategy.<\/p>\n<p>From November 11 to 17, MicroStrategy acquired 51,780 BTC for approximately $4.6 billion at an average price of about $88,627.
