The bank\u2019s analysts expect most of that to go into hardware for training <span data-descr=\"Large language models\" class=\"old_tooltip\">LLM<\/span> and software.<\/p>\n<p>This article looks at <a class=\"tracking_link\" href=\"https:\/\/aitech.io\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Solidus AI Tech<\/a>, which is building an eco-friendly data centre in the European Union for AI and blockchain projects.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is Solidus AI Tech<\/h2>\n<p><a class=\"tracking_link\" href=\"https:\/\/aitech.io\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Solidus AI Tech<\/a> provides <span data-descr=\"AI as a Service\" class=\"old_tooltip\">Artificial-Intelligence-as-a-Service<\/span> (AIaaS) and <span data-descr=\"Blockchain as a Service\" class=\"old_tooltip\">Blockchain-as-a-Service<\/span> (BaaS), as well as high-performance computing (HPC) capacity for rent.<\/p>\n<p>The company was founded in 2017 as an Ethereum-mining venture. Anticipating the second-largest cryptocurrency\u2019s shift to Proof-of-Stake, the team built ties with government agencies and corporates that might need HPC services.<\/p>\n<p>Solidus AI Tech\u2019s headquarters are in Dubai. As a result, European scientists and engineers rely on high-performance computing in the United States that is costlier by a ratio of 10:1.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>We have successfully completed the first stage of building the Solidus AI Tech data centre, which will be more economical and efficient than American counterparts. Operating out of Bucharest, we gain access to inexpensive electricity and the fastest internet in Europe.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Thanks to the efforts of our research team, our equipment consumes 40% less energy than the industry average,\u201d project representatives note.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Solidus AI Tech <a class=\"tracking_link\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/AITECHio\/status\/1872231871976813052\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">entered<\/a> the top five projects on Binance Alpha. Its partners include Nvidia and specialised AI-chip maker <a class=\"tracking_link\" href=\"https:\/\/sambanova.ai\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sambanova AI<\/a>.
