According to <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/innercitypress\/status\/1874875706297192850\">media reports<\/a>, Kwon pleaded not guilty.<\/p>\n<p>According to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.justice.gov\/opa\/pr\/do-kwon-extradited-united-states-montenegro-face-charges-relating-fraud-resulting-40b-losses#:~:text=If%20convicted%20of%20all%20charges,Guidelines%20and%20other%20statutory%20factors\">statement<\/a> from the US Department of Justice, if convicted on all counts he faces up to 130 years in prison. The next hearing is scheduled for January 8.<\/p>\n<p>On December 27, Montenegro\u2019s justice minister Bojan Bozovic <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/montenegro-approves-do-kwons-extradition-to-the-us\">approved<\/a> Kwon\u2019s transfer to US authorities.
