The airdrop totals 49 million SOSO \u2014 4.9% of the 1 billion aggregate supply, according to<a href=\"https:\/\/www.theblock.co\/post\/335380\/sosovalue-token-airdrop-launch\"> The Block<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Tokens will be distributed as follows:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4 million SOSO via the Bybit exchange\u2019s Launchpool platform;<\/li>\n<li>15 million SOSO under the <span data-descr=\"proof-of-work\" class=\"old_tooltip\">PoW<\/span> programme via <span data-descr=\"Token Generation Event \u2014 token generation event\" class=\"old_tooltip\">TGE<\/span>;<\/li>\n<li>30 million SOSO for rewards under <span data-descr=\"proof-of-stake\" class=\"old_tooltip\">PoS<\/span> between 25 January and 25 February.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>PoS rewards are tied to SoSoValue\u2019s launched index tokens. To take part in the airdrop, users must buy them, earn experience points (EXP) and meet the selection criteria.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>\u201cThe Bybit Launchpool distribution comes from the non-profit organisation\u2019s 17% share, and PoW and PoS \u2014 from the ecosystem share,\u201d<\/em> \u2014 the team said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/1-1391.webp\" alt=\"1-1391\" class=\"wp-image-249767\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Data: SoSoValue, The Block<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The token will list first on Bybit, and later on other <span data-descr=\"centralised platforms\" class=\"old_tooltip\">CEX<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>The snapshot for the PoW airdrop was taken on 17 January. Tokens distributed under this programme carry no vesting period.<\/p>\n<p>Parameters for subsequent seasons will be announced later.
